The Program

The Fitness program has been developed by Taekwondo Master Michael Pupo and Personal Trainer and Martial Arts instructor Allan Cole, who together, have over 30 years experience teaching kids across a range of martial arts and sports.
Our fitness program is ideally suited for children with all levels of physical fitness and we are focused on giving each child the attention they need to develop their personal skills in a group setting. Our program turns exercise into fun activities, incorporating vital skills such as confidence building, hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, balance and team building through games developed to draw out a child’s physical coordination and self-confidence.
